Old buildings always carry traces of time. Rather than erasing them, P·P·Bakery begins by accepting these traces as its premise. The project focuses on deciding what to add on top of what already exists—its structure, materials, and accumulated layers of use.

Wood Syrups from Voikovo are a local product made in the Leningrad Region. The syrups are produced using natural methods from the sap of not only maple, but also birch and beech. The core brand metaphor is the image of a tree from which the sap is born, emphasizing the product’s natural origin and purity.
