Every Half Coffee Roasters briefed a packaging system redesign*: A brand that needed to read louder than its own SKU names, scale across a growing range of origins and roasts, and stand out at thumbnail size on shelves dominated by all-over-the-World specialty coffee. The guardrail was clear: distinctly Vietnamese culture, without falling into cliché.

And You by Hellocean

What stands out here is the category borrowing. The tube shape, the aluminum cap, the pedestal base: these are all cues lifted from fragrance packaging, not skincare. That choice does real work. It repositions a fairly utilitarian product, hand cream, as something with the same ritual weight as a scent you’d choose deliberately each morning.
