Rosaura Escorihuela Gascón by Dizen

The winery was founded in 1884 by a visionary and determined man: Don Miguel Escorihuela Gascón, who founded one of the most prestigious winemaking companies in Argentina in Mendoza. With more than 130 years of history and innovation in top-quality wines, Escorihuela Gascón is today a leader in the production of premium wines and one of the ten most important exporting wineries in the country.

The objective was to design the image of Rosaura Malbec, a high-end wine that pays tribute to Rosaura, wife of Don Miguel Escorihuela Gascón, one of the first Argentine women to actively participate in winemaking. Rosaura Escorihuela Gascón represents an essential chapter in the winery’s history: her name and legacy form the foundation of what Escorihuela Gascón is today.

The label is a tribute to her, a symbol of strength and dedication, at the helm of the winery she helped rebuild after the first fire. It reflects her love for horses and nature, as well as her commitment to education and work. The proposed aesthetic harmoniously integrates with the winery’s portfolio, yet retains its own unique character, making the product stand out within the Escorihuela Gascón universe as a unique piece with its own identity.
