Emapta

Emapta is a global outsourcing company specializing in teams for administrative support, finance, marketing, call centers, and IT. Growth in Colombia created the need for a modern headquarters aligned with its culture, representing its values and regional vision.

Located in G10 Tower, Connecta 26 in Bogotá, a mixed-use complex focused on sustainability, the office, previously fitted by Amazon, offered a high-quality base for a strategic redesign that optimized resources without losing identity.

Contract Workplaces adjusted spatial distribution, redefined materials, and redesigned lighting. On 2,380 m², the project includes private offices, meeting rooms, collaboration zones, break areas, and a social space with a coffee station, promoting hybrid work and spaces for focus and interaction.

A reception reinforces brand identity, leading to an open-plan operational zone along the perimeter for natural light and views. Coffee and recreation areas support rest and informal meetings. Brainstorming rooms, phone booths, and training spaces enhance agile work.

Natural wood conveys comfort, while exposed concrete and dark metal add solidity. Neutral tones are accented with Emapta-inspired blues, greens, terracotta, and turquoise in upholstery, partitions, and décor. The headquarters strengthens Emapta’s culture, supporting collaboration and employee experience.
