On the 45th floor of the tallest building in South America, a showroom redefines what we understand as corporate office space. Designed for Cencosud, this is more than a display — it’s a bold statement about the future of workplace design.
The showroom was created to inspire. With collaborative work areas, a high-standard boardroom, and flexible open spaces, every detail is crafted to captivate visitors. The goal? To showcase the full potential of setting up offices in Gran Torre Costanera and help clients envision themselves working in this iconic skyscraper.
The view from the 45th floor is simply breathtaking. The city stretches out beneath floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light. This exceptional brightness takes center stage, enhanced by noble materials, soft textures, and a carefully curated palette that emphasizes comfort, elegance, and functionality.
One of the project’s defining features is the creative use of greenery — both natural and artificial — integrated into walls, ceilings, and key areas throughout the space. Curved mesh panels with artificial foliage hang from the ceiling, creating a warm and immersive visual effect, while natural plants bring a fresh, biophilic touch that elevates the user experience.
The furniture, custom-designed for this space, blends clean lines with sophisticated details, resulting in a contemporary, exclusive atmosphere.
