Its Informov’s Iron Mountain offices in São Paulo seamlessly blend modern aesthetics with functionality, featuring a grandstand for employee interaction and panoramic views that enhance the vibrant workspace experience.
Iron Mountain is a leading global information management and storage services company, offering solutions to digitize, protect, manage, and destroy physical and digital documents and data, helping organizations reduce costs, comply with regulations, and ensure the security of their information assets.
The new São Paulo office is aligned with the company’s global guidelines and standards, which stipulate that spaces should foster interaction among employees and also serve as a hub for promoting and publicizing products and services to customers.
With approximately 2,500 m², the office is spread over two floors with views of the Pinheiros Riverfront skyline in a region that is emerging as a new business hub.
The distinguishing feature of these floors is a large balcony area that offers a communal area for employees. The architectural design took advantage of this situation by installing a grandstand between the levels, enhancing the integration between the floors.
With a modern and colorful ambiance, the spaces are all designed for good acoustic performance in a layout that takes advantage of the panoramic views of the surrounding area, with abundant natural light and biophilia.
Its Informov was hired on a turnkey basis to execute all technical projects, construction, and implementation of the new office.
